Likewise, those in whom any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, nor companies that do not prove compliance with the regulations on Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary. labor integration of people with disabilities, or not subjecting them to it, or, where appropriate, the exemption from said obligation.

What is the help for?

Those actions carried out between June 1, 2020 and October 15, 2021, both inclusive, consisting of:

a) Stable enclosure works or installation of removable and mobile elements that serve as insulation, perimeter boundaries or protection, as well as other mobile elements that fulfill this function on the sides, roof and/or floor, such as awnings, screens, windbreaks, parasols and accessible platforms.

b) All those actions that are necessary for the aesthetic adaptation and improvement of the image and functionality of the safe space with criteria of aesthetic homogenization and integration in its environment, through the renovation of furniture (tables, chairs and planters), installation of security systems. lighting and exterior air conditioning devices, as well as actions to improve the exterior façade of the premises.

c) Project drafting and optional construction management.

Amount.

The individualized amount of each subsidy will be obtained by subtracting the non-eligible expenses from the total amount of the expense receipts presented, which cannot be less than €900 or more than €50,000.

Resolution period.

The maximum period to notify the resolution will be 6 MONTHS from the entry of the application in the registry of the body competent for its processing. Justification

The subsidy will be deemed justified with the contribution, at the time of submission of the application, of the documentation necessary for its granting.

Modification of the award decision

Any alteration of the conditions taken into account for the granting of the subsidy may lead to the modification of the granting resolution and, in any case, the concurrent obtaining of other aid, violating the provisions of article 14 of Order CYT/230. /2021, of March 1, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to finance the creation and adaptation of safe spaces in tourist establishments in Castile and León, provided that the rights of third parties are not damaged. In no case may the amount of the subsidy awarded be increased nor may its purpose be altered.

Pay

The payment of the subsidy will be a one-time payment and will be made by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the applicant in their application, once the subsidy has been granted.

In no case may the total amount of aid received exceed the maximum amounts provided for in this regime and in the Communication from the European Commission on the Temporary Framework relating to state aid measures intended to support the economy in the context of the current covid-19 outbreak.

Tax qualification of the subsidy

The subsidies called will be subject, as appropriate, to Corporate Tax or Personal Income Tax.

Compatibility

The subsidies called for in this Order can be accumulated with other types of aid regulated in the European Commission Decision SA 56851 - National temporary framework for state aid in the form of direct subsidies, repayable advances, tax advantages, guarantees on loans and bonuses of the interest rate on loans to support the economy in the current outbreak of COVID-19, approved on April 2, 2020, as long as the maximum aid amounts established are respected. Specifically, it may be accumulated with other aid subject to the threshold of 800,000.00 euros of Temporary Framework, provided that, added together, the maximum amount allowed is respected.
