The Junta de Castile and León, in collaboration with the Dioceses of the Region and the Provincial Tourist Boards, proposes a pioneering program for this Summer 2018 , with the aim of opening up the heritage of Castile and León.
Castile and León opens the doors of its heritage to be visited, toured, known and shown in all its splendor.
Our thanks to all the volunteers who make possible the opening of the churches included in the different programs, as well as to the inhabitants of the towns of Castile and León who take care of their heritage, thus allowing us all to enjoy it.

VISITING SCHEDULE
- FRENCH PATH OF SANTIAGO:
From July 1 to September 9, 2018.
Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.
YOU MUST KNOW
For the development of this program we have tried to respect the established visitation regime, except with regard to the form and opening hours, which is why in some churches they will charge you for admission and in others they will not. Also for this reason they will give you an explanatory brochure at one of the monuments you visit.
When entering the temples, maintain due respect and, if a liturgical act is being celebrated, wait until it is over to visit it.
If adverse weather conditions prevent arrival at the temples, some of them may not open or the hours may be modified.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Most of the temples that you can visit with this Program have been declared Assets of Cultural Interest by the Junta de Castile and León for their artistic values. Its alteration, as well as that of the landscapes that surround them, would imply a deterioration of its values and that future generations would not be able to contemplate this splendid legacy, therefore do not leave residues in its environment or alter the integrity of the Property.
Take a souvenir of your trip with you in your camera and, if you feel like it, share it with all of us through the Social Networks of Castile and León es Vida on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Follow the instructions given to you by the person you will find at the entrance to the churches and hermitages.
