This gastronomic event celebrates the culinary richness of La Raya through a journey through the flavors, ingredients and traditions that unite both sides of the border. During these events, participants will be able to discover the fusion of emblematic recipes that characterize this cross-border area.
The culinary proposal combines the best of both territories, offering traditional dishes reinterpreted with a contemporary touch, as well as recipes that have survived through generations. Each participating restaurant will highlight the authenticity of its products, emphasizing the history and heritage that each dish reflects.
In addition to the gastronomic experiences, the event invites you to explore the culture, nature and legacy of La Raya , a region shared by Castile and León and the North and Central regions of Portugal, which is part of the Iberian Plateau Transfrontier Biosphere Reserve.
