Alcubillas is a small town on the banks of a river. A group of underground wine cellars built into a small hill indicate the entrance to the town. The Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, built between the 15th and 16th centuries. Alcubillas del Marqués has a small ethnographic museum, the construction of which was funded by donations from the town’s residents, who themselves work in the museum.
