Aldeadavila de la Ribera is where water is put to greater use than anywhere else in Spain and therefore along the whole of the river's course. It has two falls, Aldeadavila I and Aldeadavila II. From the Mirador del Fraile and the Picón de Felipe one can see one of the best views of the river Duero along its entire course. In the municipality there are three churches: the Iglesia Parroquial de San Salvador, the Ermita de la Santa and the Ermita del Santo Cristo del Humilladero. The Palacio del Marqués de Caballero, a Neo-classical work built of granite masonry is in the surroundings of what remains of the Convento de Santa Marina La Verde.
