April cultural programming

From April 4th to 30th:

  • Painting exhibition — "Art with Parkinson's," by María Cruz Garcinuño with the Avila Parkinson's Association. Exhibition hall. Free admission.

Wednesday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m.:

  • Musical Wednesdays — "Great Ladies of Jazz" by Ana Silva (adult audience). Pick up passes 30 minutes beforehand.

Thursday, April 10 at 6:45 p.m.:

  • Film Forum — "The Night Moves," by Arthur Penn and coordinated by Juan Carlos del Pozo (adult audience). Free admission until full capacity.

Saturday, April 12 at 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.:

  • Baby Storytelling — "Sawdust, Sawdust" by Roberto Mezquita (for children ages 0-2). Registration begins April 5.

Monday, April 14 at 12:00 p.m.:

  • Children's Workshop — "Alphabet of Fantasy and Fairytale Characters," by En Volandas (for children ages 6 and up). Registration begins April 7.

Tuesday, April 15 at 12:00 p.m.:

  • Children's Workshop "Spintronics" by Mario Juan Sánchez (for children ages 8 and up). Registration begins April 8.

Monday, April 21 at 12:00 p.m.:

  • Children's Workshop "Book Binge" by Zarándula (for children ages 5 and up). Registration begins April 14.

Saturday, April 26 at 12:00 p.m.:

  • Children's Theater__"Invent, Inventorize, Invent with Gianni Rodari," by Pez Luna Teatro (for children ages 5 and up). Registration begins April 21.

Tuesday, April 29 at 7:00 p.m.:

  • Book presentation: "The Moon Is Not There" by Gema García Marcos (family audience). Pick up tickets 30 minutes beforehand.
