On Thursday, March 27, at 7 p.m., Javier González Castellano will present his book.

This deeply moving and educational book explores the impact of emotional intelligence on our lives and how we can use it to overcome adversity, manage our emotions, and live with a clearer purpose.

This event will feature the screening of the 20-minute short film entitled "A Stone in the Road" , which addresses themes of life, grief and the power of emotions. The author will then share his personal and professional experience related to the work, followed by a talk on the importance of emotional intelligence to navigate the emotional tsunami of everyday life.

ÁNGEL was born from a personal, profound and transformative experience: the suicide of Mario, the son of his friends, at just 19 years old. The work, which gives words and voice to the survivor, not only seeks to share an emotionally powerful story, but also to offer practical tools for managing emotions, especially in difficult times. Through interviews and stories with the survivors of grief, the author highlights the importance of talking about suicide and developing emotional intelligence as a tool for prevention and personal growth.

Javier González is a professor specializing in emotional intelligence (UNIR) and a Certified Coach (ICF/ASESCO) with more than 20 years of experience in talent development and team management in multinationals. After a personal experience that marked his life, he has dedicated himself to promoting emotional intelligence and preventing suicide. His ECE methodology (Emotional Coaching Training) has impacted hundreds of people in talks and workshops throughout Spain.

Free admission until full capacity.
