A fun and emotional story that tells the life of Cleo, a life-size PUPPET of an 8-year-old girl. Songs, dances, music and humor are the ingredients to understand a little better what ADHD is.

Cleo, tired of being understood by no one on Earth because she is a restless and absent-minded girl, has gone to live on a cloud. On her cloud, no one judges her and she feels happy. During her stay on the cloud, she is visited by several birds who, through games and songs, will teach her to overcome adversity and thus learn to live better on Earth. Will her bird friends succeed in convincing Cleo to come down to Earth?

THE WORK: Faced with a problem that is becoming more and more common, such as bullying in children and adolescents, it is necessary to raise this issue on the table and talk about it, and this is what this work is about. It talks about the unfair judgement of what is NOT normal, it talks about the consequences of NOT knowing, it talks about mental health, that of everyone, children and adults, it talks about tolerance and respect for those who are different. Cleo is a girl with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), a neurobiological disorder that has its origin in childhood and involves the appearance of attention deficit, hyperactivity and sometimes impulsiveness. Boys and girls with this disorder have a hard time because they cannot behave like the rest, they cannot control it and end up being stigmatized. It is, luckily, a disorder that is increasingly studied and known and resources are being developed to treat and integrate it, but it is still an issue that many people are unaware of. With "Cleo's Cloud" we want to show the world this disorder from the eyes of a 7-year-old girl, how she experiences it, what she feels and what we can do to help girls and boys with this disorder, so that they never have to hear "are you in the clouds?" or "her head is full of birds" again.
