THE DISEASE OF BAD TASTE

Four contestants enter a reality show, the collaborators argue on the set, the cleaning staff polishes the floor, the producers look for the juiciest angle, someone laughs watching the general knowledge test, a tree falls in the forest without anyone looking, the news breaks with breaking news, while a contestant cries because she wants to leave. Is everything we perceive real? Are we capable of unraveling artifice and manipulation? How is reality structured so that we want to keep watching? The disease of bad taste constructs, through humor, a delirious x-ray of reality shows continuously crossing the screen in front of us, fragmenting the link that exists between those who create and those who observe.
