Calila and Dimna , formed by José Escudero and Teresa Cunillera, offer us a dramatized and musical oral narration show, which offers an adaptation of five classic stories belonging to: the "Cantigas de Nuestra Señora" by Gonzalo de Berceo; "Calila and Dimna", an anonymous translation by Alfonso X; the "Libro de Buen Amor" by Juan Ruiz and the "Libro de los Eixiemplos del Conde y Patronio" by D. Juan Manuel).
It includes live music: José Escudero plays various instruments in the show. Several of them are replicas of the instruments that were played in courtly and popular environments in the 13th and 14th centuries, which are the four sources of the stories that are told and dramatized (13th century: Cantigas de Nuestra Señora, by Gonzalo de Berceo, Calila and Dimna. 14th century: Libro de Buen Amor, by Juan Ruiz, Libro de los Enxiemplos del Conde Lucanor y Patronio, by D.
