Artificial Intelligence is a technology that is here to stay. In this talk we will reflect on the limits and possibilities of these new tools. To do so, real examples taken from translation practice will be presented and accessible to all audiences. These examples are the result of a literary translation workshop organized by the University of Salamanca and the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf. The activity will feature the participation of students and teachers of Translation, as well as professional translators who will talk to us about the ins and outs of their work.
Participants:Friederike Von Criegern (Literary Translator)
Ibon Zubiaur (Literary Translator)
Vera Elisabeth Gerling (Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf)
Belén Santana (University of Salamanca)
