Chinese calligraphy, besides being a form of communication, is considered an artistic representation. In this introductory workshop on the ancient art of traditional Chinese writing, participants will have their first contact with this type of writing, paying attention to the beauty of the brushstrokes, their shapes and the technique to capture them on paper with ink and special brushes with different types of tips. They will learn to create characters that will be works of art in themselves.

  • Registration : from October 21st at 3:30pm at the counter in the children's room.
  • Duration : 60 min.
  • Participants: 12 children
  • Location : multipurpose room of the library.
  • Failure to attend without notice will result in a penalty.
