Built with stone blocks, with three naves and rib vaults. Flat end with a presbytery. On the Epistle side is the Capilla de la Inmaculada, plateresque, covered by a starred rib vault on scallops. The Capilla de la Inmaculada contains a series of paintings dating from 1575, including portraits of the church benefactors and their families.

The most important pieces of sculpture are the sepulchre of María Rodríguez de Castro, by Bartolomé Carbone and Angelo Bagut, the sepulchres of Fernando de Curiel and Francisco de la Torre, all of them dating from the second half of the 16th century.
