Active music therapy, through live music actions, is a powerful facilitating agent from which we address aspects of improvement for our Elderly at a cognitive, emotional level, their motor activities and interaction with their social environment, in order to provide people with an improvement in their quality of life. - Adolfo Nieto Psychologist and Music Therapist.

"The Music of your life" is a concert designed for our Seniors, based on Active music therapy, with which we seek positive activation at a cognitive level, executive functions, long-term memory, evocation memory and motor activation through music.

Our concert is composed of many of the most beautiful and famous songs of the 20th century, mainly in Spanish and that have been part of the lives of our grandfathers and grandmothers. Songs like "Bésame mucho", couplets like "Ojos Verdes", pasodobles like "Que viva España", pieces by Zarzuelas "La Verbena de la Paloma" and the most beautiful and well-known songs by Nino Bravo, Raphael, Manolo Escobar, or Rocío Jury, will be the basis of the concert that will lead them to improve the mood of our elders, to evoke memories, improve their cognitive activation, as well as at a motor level, since they will participate with dance, clapping and in some cases, with musical instruments. percussion.

With music, a script as a common thread, video projections, professional costumes and our interpretation, we will put on a full show, in order to achieve the objective we seek, that our elders become more active on a cognitive and emotional level than they normally would. that came in.

This activity is a fusion of culture and health for our Elders and has been created by Adolfo Nieto, Musician graduated from the Conservatory of Seville, Psychologist from the UCM and Music Therapist and by Mikjhail Studyonov, pianist, orchestra director and Master in Music Therapy from the Carlos III University.
