Built in slate, simple appearance. Covered by two sloping roofs and only one room of 65 square metres which is rectangular in layout. Light is provided by a skylight in the roof and a window in the wall.

Consists of two floors. The lower is called the Ranero. The upper was used to keep the tools needed for milling.
