The museum was created with the objective of diffusing and deepening local traditional values, in terms of history, customs, traditions and craft work.

The farm house is the first exhibit you encounter on entering the museum. The kitchen is the place of preparation of traditional foods, and is also the place for informal social gatherings, and general domestic duties.
