Entering the Cigales Designation of Origin is to enjoy wine and its culture. This territory has more than 1,200 underground wineries, places where wines are still aged and preserved today. Old vineyards marked by the Cerrato, the proximity to the Montes Torozos or the Pisuerga River, show us ideal landscapes to enjoy rest and beauty. Cigales is the land of rosés and reds brimming with youth, aromas and structure, made from the Tempranillo varietal and other varieties such as Garnacha or Verdejo.

Wine : white, rosé, red, sparkling (white and rosé). Mention oak, crianza, reserva and gran reserva, sweet (white, rosé and red).

  • WHITE: Verdejo, Albillo Mayor, Viura, Sauvignon Blanc.
  • INKS: Tempranillo, Red Grenache, Grey Grenache, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
